Primer Thanksgiving!!

L'altre dia va ser Acció de Gràcies, la típica festa que surt a les pelis nord-americanes, i vam passar-lo en un ambient immillorable! Va ser de llarg la millor festa d'Acció de Gràcies que hagi estat mai!! ;)
Des d'aquí moltes gràcies a tots ells i ells!

First Thanksgiving ever!!

Last day was Thanksgiving, the tipical nordamerican party that it's always showns in the films, we spent a great night with such a lovely company! It was by far my best Thanksgiving ever!! ;)

Primera candidata a possible futura llar

Des de dijous que vam arribar fins avui, els dies ens han cundit bastant. Per començar ja tenim tots els papers en regla, vam passar sense cap problema el control d'immigració, ja tenim un compte bancari canadenc, un telèfon mòbil de prepagament, l'equivalent a un número de la seguretat social, i avui hem anat a visitar la primera candidata a possible futura llar.

La casa estava bé, estava prou ben comunicada a 30min del centre entre caminar i skytrain i l'habitacó que hem vist estava molt bé. Contres: només tenia una habitació lliure, la zona comuna estava una mica descuidada, i no tenia supermercats ni botigues a prop. Així k... No ha passat el casting!

Ja en tenim una o dos més de clitxades, i a veure si demà n'anem a veure alguna altre! La idea és trobar-ne una abans de dijous, a veure si ho aconseguim! jejeje Sinó, a seguir buscant i pagar una setmana més de hostel, que tampoc és un mal plan...

Doncs res, això és tot per avui!

From Thursday, that we arrived, we had take great proffit of the days. As a starting, we have all the paperwork done, we pass the immigration control, we have already a bank account, a mobile phone number, and the SIN number that allows us to work legally. And today we had visited our first candidate to possible futur home.

The house was ok, it was half an hour away from downtown by walking and skytrain, the bedroom was more than good. Cons: there was only one bedroom free, the common area was looking kind of dirty, and it has nor supermarket nor shops arrown. So... It hadn't pass the casting!

We have one or two more on the list, so maybe tomorrow we are going to some other one! We have in mind to find one before than Thursday, we'll see if it's possible! If not, we will keep looking for, and we will pay another week at the hostel, that's not a bad plan at all...

First picture in Canada!

Primera foto en territori canadenc! Després de 10 hores de vol, d'acabar d'arreglar papers amb immigració, i més de 24 hores sense dormir més que unes cabaçadetes de tant en tant. Ja hem arribat!
Ja estem al hostel, i estem cansadíssims però ha valgut la pena! Hem arribat a vancouver amb un solet i una temperatura molt comfortable! I la veritat és que la ciutat té molt bona pinta! A veure si es veu tant maca quan comenci a ploure i a fer més fred! jejeje

Per avui això és tot, ho sento, pero és que me'n vaig a dormir k estic escribint i se'm tanquen els ulls!

First picture in Canada! After 10 hours of flight, finshing to deal with immigration, 24 hours without sleeping more than a little nap. We have finally arrived!
We are at the hostel, and we are very, very tired but it was worth it! We had arrived with kind of sunny and hot weather! And I'm sure that we would live great experience here! We will see if the city is as good as today, when it will start to rain and be cold

That's all for today, I'm sorry, but I'm going to sleep, cause while I'm writting my eyes are shuting down!

La maleta ja està tancada!

Sorprenentment i contra tot pronòstic la maleta s'ha tancat, i al pesar-la li sobraven 200 grams!

Falta acabar de fer la maleta de mà, que ja casi està. I a dormir! Que demà a les 5:15 de la matinada hem quedat amb en Jordi & Family per a anar cap a l'aeroport!

Només em queda agrair a totes les persones, amb qui he tingut el plaer de passar aquests últims dies, per a tots els ànims que m'han donat.

I disculpar-me amb les que no he tingut l'ocasió de veure ni d'acomiadar-me d'elles, i demanar-los comprensió ja que he anat molt atrafegat amb els preparatius i mil coses.

Ja intentaré actualitzar el blog al arribar i així fer-vos saber que ja soc on toca!

With a great surprise and agains every prognosis the luggage is closed, and it's 200g less heavy than the limit.

I only need to finsih the little bag to carry into the flight, that it's almost finished. And to sleep! Than tomorrow morning I have to meet Jordi's Family at 5:15 to go to the airport!

It only remains me to thanks everyone, with who I have had the pleasure to share these lasts weeks, for all the suport received.

And I also want to apologise, everyone who I had not enought time to meet or say goodbye. I would ask them comprehention because it had been crazy last days. 

I will try to update the blog when I will arrive, to let everyone now that I'm ok!

A pocs dies de marxar i sabent del cert que trobaré a faltar a mil persones, aquestes mil persones em repeteixen una mateixa pregunta. -Per què a Canadà?- Eus aquí la resposta: -És el meu gest desmesurat.

A cada una de les mil persones, espero que gaudiu de les meves aventures, i així ens sentim més a prop mentre sigui fora.

Few days from leaving and knowing for sure that I will miss one thousand people; This thousand people always repeat me the same question. -Why Canada?- Here you are the answer: -It's my something excessive.
